Hello All!
It’s been mighty cold here in the tri-state area, especially Saturday! Here’s another great recipe from The Sprouted Kitchen Cookbook that’ll keep you warm. (Yes, I’m obsessed, expect many more posts from the book!)
This particular one is perfect for a cold winters evening, and as usual it’s pretty healthy too! Now usually I’m not a cauliflower fan, but not even the harshest of haters could deny the tastiness of these roasted florets! And for the busy mum or dad this is an easy dinner for the family, that the kids will enjoy too!
I’m a fan of the author’s side notes, so I made sure to scan the page in with her comments below! As she says in her note, this meal can be made as a side dish or main dish, depending on what you prefer. (Click on image to enlarge)
Note: As I didn’t have hazelnuts, I used cashews instead, it was just as yummy!
