Yoga for Beginners & Yummy Fruit Smoothie

Yoga

I recently added yoga to my morning routine. It’s a great way to get your mind and body ready for the day ahead. Along with yoga, I’ve also added more water to my diet, after only a few days my skin was looking healthier and I had an increase in my energy throughout the day! If you’re a first timer like I was it’s a good idea to start with something a little easier and work your way up to harder positions. Here’s a link to a video I used on youtube when I was first starting out!

Blueberry Smoothie

After thirty minutes of yoga I would cool down with, hands down the most delicious smoothie. This one in particular is of my sister’s invention, anytime someone drinks it they’re shocked to find out that it’s healthy and homemade! Just blend all the ingredients together below and thats it!

Ingredients

(yields 1 serving)

1 banana (the older the better)

1 cup of coconut water

1/2 cup of Trader Joe’s Frozen Wild Blue berries

1/2 cup of Trader Joe’s Organic Frozen Raspberries

1 teaspoon of NutraSea +D
